Lambda Alpha

Don’t forget, ladies and gentleman, that our first Bake Sale is going to be held on Monday, September 13 and Tuesday, September 14!  There will be a sign-up sheet in the Anthropology Department office within the next few days, listing the times that you can volunteer to be at the table.  You may also volunteer to bake for the event. If you choose this option, then please remember to keep all receipts for the materials that you purchase, as the club will reimburse you for these things.  (Just make sure that EVERYTHING on the receipt is being used for the club, otherwise we cannot reimburse you.)  Also please keep in mind that the amount of your involvement this semester in our fund raising activities will directly affect how much the club is able to support and fund you later on during our events and activities.  I’d like to thank everyone ahead of time for your help with this so that we can continue to help the club grow and develop!

Don’t forget we have a lecture on  Greek Archaeology on Tuesday, March 23 at 12:30.

We will be providing Greek American foods like gyro meat, dolamdes, spanikopita, and baklava. instead of pizza. No Octopus. All are still welcome to import your own lunches and drinks.
